1. Warranty Policy
(1) During the warranty period, if the bicycle has quality problems with non-artificial damage, we will provide free replacement parts service. (Please refer to the spare parts warranty table for different situations and parts warranty period).

(2) After the warranty period or damage caused by human factors, if the customer needs to repair or replace the parts service, the customer needs to bear the cost of replacing the spare parts and freight.

(3) Accessories description: Warranty accessories are original accessories, if the original parts are tight, will use no lower than the original parts quality standards of replacement accessories.

2. Return and exchange policy
(1) If you have received a shipping notification, please note that we can only attempt to intercept or modify the order to an address in the same country, and there is no guarantee of success. If the address change is successful or the interception and return are successful, the relocation fee, the return and re-shipment freight, the remote fee for transportation and the product surcharge shall be borne by the returning party.

(2) If there is an after-sales problem in the product, please contact us as soon as possible to communicate, and we will provide the corresponding after-sales service. If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact us first, provide the corresponding voucher and confirm that our company meets the after-sales conditions for return and exchange, our company confirms in writing that the product can be returned, and then sends back the corresponding product according to our requirements. Any product returned without our confirmation will not be refunded and we will not be liable for any costs and liabilities arising therefrom.

(3) Return and exchange policy:
Reception time:
Within 7 natural days from the date of receipt by the customer, the return and exchange service will be accepted in accordance with the terms of this contract and its annexes; The signature time shall be subject to the signature time displayed on the official website of the final journey (exceeding the regular delivery reference time of 3 natural days is regarded as abnormal signature, and the signature time shall be subject to the collection time displayed on the official website plus the normal delivery time).

Conditions of acceptance:
If the customer requests a return or exchange due to the quality problems of the product itself caused by non-human factors, the return and exchange shall be carried out in accordance with the terms of this contract and its annexes;
If the customer requests to return the product due to personal reasons other than the quality problems of the product itself caused by non-human factors, the returning party shall bear all costs such as shipping costs and the second re-issuance of the returned product.
